Completed applications can be turned into the City offices at 912 City Rd. or sent digitally to msessions@vil-manchester.org.
Application fees can be paid over the phone with a credit card or by check in person or thought he mail.

The Planning Commission has five members, appointed by Council, serving staggered three-year terms. It meets monthly, with additional meetings as necessary. The Planning Commission serves as an advisory body to the Council on matters of zoning and land use. It also reviews and adopts the City Master Plan.
Manchester City Planning Commission meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Manchester Municipal Building, 912 City Road, Manchester, Michigan 48158
