Military And Overseas Voters
CLICK HERE for Voter Registration and Absentee Ballot Request for Uniformed Service members, their families, and citizens residing outside the United States. The Military and Overseas Voters Empowerment Act (MOVE) gives certain US citizens the right to receive an absent voter ballot via email or fax.  This applies to all active, uniformed service members and their spouses and dependents; Merchant Marines, stationed inside or outside the United States; and civilians residing or temporarily located overseas.
