CITY CHARTER COMMISSION UPDATE
The Charter Commission has completed a final draft City Charter and it has been forwarded to the State. Several State departments will review the draft and it ultimately will be reviewed by the Governor’s office for approval to proceed to a Village election for adoption (hopefully in November this year).
